School Retreats at St. Volodymyr Cultural Centre

School retreats are held for the purpose of spending time away from a student’s ordinary school program. Participants have an opportunity to reflect and discuss on various religious subjects while partaking in many indoor and outdoor activities.

School retreats are a fantastic opportunity for students to spend time with one another and to develop their bond as a group. School retreats are designed to support individual students and help them grow more comfortable as members of their high school community, and they are lots of fun!

Every year we have many schools visit SVCC for their school retreat. We have had the pleasure of hosting many local schools in the past, some of which include: Father Michael Goetz Secondary School, St. Thomas Catholic School, St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Secondary School, Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School, and St. Martin Secondary School.

Students will have the pleasure of enjoying their planned retreat in our spacious venue that can accommodate up to 1000 participants indoors, along with our beautiful twenty-five acre parkland setting outside.
